An Exciting opportunity has arisen for a Talent Specialist to join MUFG on a 12 month FTC to support on all Talent management projects and look at Talent acquisition efficiencies, and to make an impact on all end to end Talent activities.

Talent, Career Development & Progression

  • Responsible for coordinating and developing Talent development initiatives with a focus on internal mobility and career development as part of the talent lifecycle.

  • Manage communications and initiatives relating to the employee experience of managing career progression, such as project managing Own Your Career Week and facilitating Career Development sessions.

  • Deliver briefing sessions to HR and business stakeholders in preparation for talent and development planning processes

  • Work with the Talent Acquisition team, drive awareness of internal opportunities to drive the internal candidate pipeline for MUFG and increase % internal fills on vacancies.

  • Write communications, proposals and guides to support the ongoing enhancement of key Talent processes, in order to ensure that our employees are engaged, and receiving development and recognition in a meritocratic way.

  • Build relationships with HRBPs across EMEA to provide first point of contact for Talent queries and advise on Talent Management processes to ensure processes are followed appropriately.

  • Draft and issue regular Talent Management communications to HRBPs and the business around career development and Talent processes

  • Contribute to Talent Management projects as required supporting the Head of Talent Management accordingly.

Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and maintain Talent Acquisition processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies and regulations.

  • Identify potential risks in Talent Acquisition processes and develop and implement strategies to mitigate them effectively.

  • Optimise recruitment workflows and systems and improve data accuracy and reporting

  • Project manage key activity and adherence to deadlines

  • Draft communications for HRBP and business leaders

  • Update Recruitment policies and guidance materials including process guides, candidate guides, interview guides and KIZUNA pages

  • Conduct regular audits of recruitment data to ensure data integrity and compliance with GDPR

  • Coordinate supplier management process. Monitor and evaluate vendors

  • Participate in EMEA & Global projects and initiatives related to Talent Acquisition process improvements, technology integration and data analytics

  • Produce Talent Acquisition summary analysis and insights reports for management as required

Projects & Talent BAU

  • Leading/ supporting on a variety of Talent projects and/or global enhancements as required.
