We are currently recruiting for two Cash Management Service Unit Administrators for our Japanese Corporate Banking Division in Amsterdam.

Your impact at MUFG

You will support the customers to on board Cash Management products (namely GCMS Plus, GPH, Comsuite Forex and Cash Pooling), and use our services for their daily transactions.

CMS Unit Administrator is expected to be an excellent problem solver who knows both the technical aspects of CMS products and transactions, and also with the understanding of both our business purpose and demands of the customers.

Function positioning

MUFG Bank Europe (MBE) offers commercial banking services to both Japanese and non-Japanese corporate customers not only in the Netherlands but also in Central and East Europe through its’ subsidiaries in Germany, Belgium, Spain and Austria.

Our goal is to be the most trusted bank in the world, providing value-added banking services and excellent operations, fulfilling both Japanese and non-Japanese customers' needs.

CMS Unit is one of the four JCBD units, however, CMS Unit takes care of both Japanese and non-Japanese customers of Cash Management Service and Transaction Banking Service.

The role includes the following:

  • Customer on-boarding administration with regard to CMS Products (Namely GCMS Plus, GPH, Comsuite Forex, and Cash Pooling)

  • Customer Training of CMS Products

  • Customer Support as Help Desk of CMS Products

  • Daily administrations and maintenance of CMS contracts for customers

  • Administration of CMS Customer exit

In order to be successful in the role, you will need the following:

Skills and experience:

  • Comprehensive knowledge at WO/HBO level

  • Proficient Skills in MS Office (especially Excel)

  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Dutch or Japanese essential. Spanish is a plus.

  • Effective communication skills to work in a team

  • Strong problem-solving skills with patience and tolerance in dealing with demanding customers

  • Multi-tasking skills with structured and logical approach

  • General administrative and functional knowledge of our CMS Products

  • In-depth knowledge of various type of payments such as SEPA Credit Transfer, SEPA Direct Debit, Target2 Payment (Foreign and Domestic), XML format and ISO20022 standard, and UK Low value

  • General knowledge of remittance rules and regulations, not only PSD2 but also essential requirements worldwide

  • Basic knowledge of Foreign Exchange (FX)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support customers and mediate customers and MUFG sections

  • Intercultural mediation skills, and getting to know Japanese Corporate Culture

  • Gross salary based on experience and consistent with the market

  • €5,00 net remote working compensation per day, with a maximum of €60,00 per month.
