We are currently recruiting for a Global HR Analytics & Workforce Planning Specialist for our HR Division in Amsterdam.

Your impact at MUFG
You will focus on analysing and interpreting data across the employee lifecycle, providing reviews from recruitment to resignation. This includes responding to data inquiries from key stakeholders and implementing processes that help transform business questions into fact-based analyses and actionable recommendations. You will also support workforce planning and help the global organisation understand and use its data to make decisions about human capital and the global HR strategy.
You'll have opportunity to build HR analytics products, present it to key stakeholders and gain exposure to wider Global HR communities. You will work with data from Workday and external data and use Anaplan and Power BI as tools.
We're looking for a team member with expertise in the HR field, excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate with stakeholders in a multicultural setting.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the strategic level of Global HR by leveraging HR data insights to improve workforce performance and achieve business goals.
Function positioning
You will be part of the Global HR Analytics and Workforce Planning team. You will work collaboratively within a small, culturally diverse, and gender-balanced team, located in seven countries in APAC, Americas, EMEA, and at Head Office in Japan. The team aims to build a solid and agile workforce by providing data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic workforce planning and decision-making processes.
The role includes the following:
Reporting
Develop and optimise the HR dashboard to meet clients' needs.
Monitor data uploads from Workday into Anaplan and ensure all data is up-to-date and accurate.
Provide ad-hoc and scheduled reports.
HR Data Insights & Workforce Planning
Analyse the internal data and combine it with the external data to gain insights about the businesses' workforce. Identify the gap between the current state and the goal and recommend ways to reduce the gap.
Use the internal HR data to analyse and communicate the insights using narratives and visualisation about the business' human capital to the global HR team and business functions.
Support the HR process improvement.
Ensuring data-sharing practices comply with GDPR and other data protection regulations.
Tool & Communications
Support and improve the existing Anaplan Workforce Insights dashboards.
Support the new dashboard-building process.
Help to improve the Anaplan user experience by giving training to the new and existing Anaplan users.
Maintain the Analytics & Workforce Planning intranet pages and bring your creative ideas to create engaging communication materials.
In order to be successful in the role, you will need the following:
Skills and experience:
Essential
Degree or equivalent work experience equally preferable.
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR/ Data Management/ Finance /Analytics
Strong written and oral communication skills in English are required.
Pro-active approach and ability to drive projects to completion with minimal guidance.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to partner with stakeholders. Serving as a trusted advisor.
Strong visualisation skills and ability to clearly and concisely present analytical findings with recommendations.
Experience creating Excel and Power BI reports and working with large data sets.
Demonstrated ability in an agile and culturally aware manner.
Strong presentation, strong persuasion, and data analysis skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Understanding of core data protection requirements.
Desirable:
Knowledge of HR processes
Knowledge of Workday reporting would be an advantage.
Previous experience with Anaplan or other analytical tools is preferred.
Managing stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.

Gross salary based on experience and consistent with the market

€5,00 net remote working compensation per day, with a maximum of €60,00 per month.
