We are currently recruiting for an IT Finance and Administration Business Analyst for our Systems D epartment in Amsterdam .

Your impact at MUFG
The IT Finance & Administration Business Analyst is responsible for managing and analyzing financial and administrative activities within the IT department. This role ensures efficient expense management, contract administration, and resource management. The position supports the IT department by providing accurate financial insights and administrative support to facilitate informed decision-making and optimize resource allocation.
The Systems Division supports MBE’s IT structures with regards to IT applications, infrastructure and hardware. There are 4 pillars in the division:
IT Planning
IT Service Delivery
IT Security
Local Branches IT
The AVP IT Finance & Administration Business Analyst reports to the Head of IT Planning who reports to the Head of IT Division.
The role includes the following:
Expense Management
Monitor and manage IT expenses, ensuring alignment with budget and financial targets
Prepare and analyze expense reports, identifying cost-saving opportunities and potential financial risks
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
Assist in the development and implementation of expense management policies and procedures
Contract Administration
Oversee the administration of IT contracts, including reviewing, drafting, and maintaining contract documentation
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company policies
Coordinate with vendors and legal teams to resolve contract-related issues and discrepancies
Maintain an organized repository of contract documents and track contract renewals and expirations.
Resource Management
Maintain and update records of IT resources, including Full-Time Equivalents (FTEs), contractors, and other personnel.
Analyze and report on resource utilization, identifying gaps and recommending adjustments to optimize workforce efficiency
Support workforce planning activities by providing data-driven insights on resource allocation and forecasting
Collaborate with HR and IT leadership to manage resource-related administrative tasks.
General Administration
Provide administrative support to the IT department, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining documentation.
Assist in the preparation of presentations and other materials for internal and external stakeholders
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless administrative operations within the IT function
In order to be successful in the role, you will need the following:
The role holder will ideally have 2+ years of experience in finance and administration whether in financial institution or corporate environment. More experienced candidates who want to switch careers are welcome to apply as well. IT technical experience is not required. Experience in business administration is also applicable. Project management experience is a plus.

Gross salary based on experience and consistent with the market

€5,00 net remote working compensation per day, with a maximum of €60,00 per month
