We are currently recruiting for a KYC Analyst for our Japanese Corporate Banking Division in Madrid .

Main purpose of the role
Main function will be the execution of KYC tasks in order to support the RMs, DH of Spain JCBD, by providing KYC related service and products.
Support the RMs and DH in any other tasks requested by them to support the business of Spain JCBD.
The role includes the following:
To execute the KYC tasks: Collecting information from customers, inputting and uploading necessary documents on bank’s system, creating necessary materials, ensuring timely processing, monitoring the progress of each file not to breach its due date, collaborating with other departments, undertaking quality reviews of customer’s records, ensuring compliance with the bank’s rules, policies, procedures and guidelines.
To support RMs in credit related tasks: Inputting financial figures into a spread sheet for borrower rating, executing disbursement process, preparing and collecting related documents from customers, controlling maturity of existing loans.
To support RMs in administrative tasks: Executing name change, address change, signer change process and GCMS/Comsuite related processes, preparing and collecting necessary documents from customers.
To support planning tasks: Profit control, meeting arrangement, reporting to bank’s other departments, expense control, maintaining customer contact information, preparing branch general materials.
In order to be successful in the role, you will need the following:
Skills and experience:
University graduate in Business and Accounting areas.
Minimum experience required in this position should be of at least 2/3 years.
Spanish & English language knowledge is essential, Japanese language knowledge is a plus.
Knowledge of Windows, MS Excel (advanced skill preferred), MS Power Point, MS Word.
Knowledge of KYC and other AML topics.
Banking Business knowledge.
Professional economic/administrative education and experience in a similar function or relevant area. Banking industry preferred.
