We are currently recruiting for a Talent Sourcing Specialist for our HR Division in Amsterdam .

Main purpose of the role
We're looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist who enjoys working with people on a daily basis, has a sharp eye for detail, and who is passionate about providing an exceptional candidate experience. If you are a recruiter and interested in the next step for your career in recruiting, this is a great place to take ownership and learn by partnering with the rest of our HR department.
Within this role you will be managing the talent pool, enhancing MBE’s brand awareness and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
This is a new role within the recruitment department with a lot of room for your ideas and initiatives to make it a success.
The role includes the following:
Actively approach the market through omnichannel recruitment.
Establish and maintain a talent pool.
Build partnerships with Study Associations.
Enhance MBE’s brand awareness.
Day to day activities
Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to create the ideal candidate profile
Create, and publish job profiles and distribute them on social media channels, relevant job boards and our recruitment partners
Screen CVs and interview qualified candidates; sell MUFG as an employer of choice
Scheduling of phone interviews, candidate tests and feedback for applicants
Take ownership of candidates' interview process by working closely with recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers.
Drive the offer process and close candidates
Facilitate a pipeline of strong candidates for future needs
Conduct reference checks and other background checks as needed
Ensure candidates have a great experience throughout the recruiting process.
In order to be successful in the role, you will need the following:
Skills and experience:
Minimum of 2 years working experience as a recruiter / sourcer
Experience in banking and/or financial industry is a plus
Excellent communication skills
Results driven, with a strong sense of accountability

Gross salary based on experience and consistent with the market
