Role serves as the primary point of contact to the LOB (Line of Business) users in dealing with all day to day business applications and technology service issues related to digital assets and their content. The Role is required to drive service excellence by identifying and introducing 'best practice' service management principles and evangelizing them throughout the lines of business they support.
The role is required to identify and drive methodologies and processes that support world class standards of production stability and identify & manage key targeted areas for improvement. Ensure that SLA's exist across all service platforms and that BAU (business as usual) activities remain within the stated SLA's. Drive and manage key service management activities including incident management, change management oversight and release management in a consistent and robust model. Communicate with all stakeholders on a regular basis with respect to service management progress and performance, as well as partner with stakeholders to get project estimates, identify potential issues/gaps, and work with IT and Business management to agree on prioritization.
Primary focus of this role is the delivery and support of digital assets, such as public corporate websites as well as other external company sites, including design, implementation, support and content management of firms Content and Document Management Platforms
Enable eSignature as an enterprise wide capability using DocuSign
Work with Business, Operations and Technology teams to continuously improve content management processes
Monitor trends in our program usage and provide insight for product improvement
Guide a strategy, and support execution of, product documentation - including support articles and release announcements
Responsible for establishing overall content management strategy and operations, from creation and feedback for editing through approvals, publishing/activation, auditing, measurement, curation and maintenance.
Define the content strategy (best assets in market, maximizing KPIs, etc.).
Provide operational support for content strategy and creation, engaging cross-functional participants and managing meeting and resource schedules, workflows, and deadlines
Contracting new content partners, tools, influencers, etc.
Provide and report on content measurement using Web analytics tools, marketing automation, content management systems and social media management tools; make recommendations for optimizing content quality, processes, and activation channels
Proactively manage/lead your own team’s workload with minimal oversight. You’re a reliable, accountable manager who knows how to get things done and meet deadlines.
Leading internal strategy and brainstorm sessions.
Ability to communicate effectively with direct manager and upper management, and synthesize relevant information on key milestones, success criteria, and risks.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related field
5-8 yrs related hands-on experience - preferably in Financial Services Industry.
Demonstrate a proven track record of dealing with senior level executives and entire user based
10 years of experience in an official people management role
An understanding of the team structures, processes and workflows that will maximize efficiency and let your team create great work at scale
In depth technical knowledge of technology and business applications with a track record of effecting service management changes within a high-availability environment
A consistent attitude and respect for high quality standards and maintaining this despite competing pressures
A strong relationship builder who develops and maintains relationships to help attain targets. Able to share information across teams, business lines and geographies
Comfortable working in a demanding fast-paced, customer-focused organization, undergoing change. Flexible and able to adapt to new situations as the business demands

Web design concepts including mobile experience
