Job Summary:

Under general supervision, provide consumer and

real estate loan account information, respond to customer inquiries via telephone and written correspondence. Research and resolve simple customer problems and assist other loan servicing units as needed. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and investor agreements, and any Bank policies and procedures as pertaining to the servicing of real estate and consumer loans.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and respond to allcustomer and Bank personnel inquiries via telephone and writtencorrespondence.

  • Maintain on-line information inresponse to customer needs, to include coupon ordering, name and addresschanges, history and amortization requests, and other miscellaneousrequests as needed.

  • Prepare forms, pre-writtenbusiness letters, short memos, reports, documents and instruments.

  • Distribute and file forms,correspondence, instruments, daily mail and systems reports.

  • Operate PC and / or mainframeterminal, microfiche and standard office equipment.

  • Analyze and resolvepayment inquiries / problems, research title, escrow and year-enddocuments.

  • Inform customers of consumerand real estate product lines, answer questions on such items, and makereferrals to loan production offices. May assist other loan servicingunits as needed.

  • Typically requires a highschool diploma or G.E.D.

  • Call Center experiencepreferred

  • 1-2 years of mortgageindustry experience preferred

  • Customer Service experiencepreferred

  • Attention to Detail and abilityto multi-task

  • Ability to work in dualmonitors

  • Ability to work in fast pacedenvironment

  • Ability to analyze andresolving customer issues

  • Ability to learn quickly

  • Ability to work some weekends

  • Preferred prior experience andworking knowledge of software MSP or Black Knight applications
