Senior role within the Cyber Analytics team within the Cyber Business Awareness and Analytics group within Enterprise Information Security (EIS) to help lead and drive the cyber analytics reporting program forward.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic input into the cyber analytics program and roadmap.

  • Oversee and mentor junior EIS analysts.

  • Interface with metric owners, BISOs and risk and control partners.

  • Provide executive level presentations (written and in-person).

  • Identify cyber metrics that enable our stakeholders (including security leadership, business partners and regulators) to understand information security program progress and information security risks by business throughout the Bank.

  • Provide guidance to cyber security SMEs around metric definition and threshold design.

  • Analyze data sets to identify key issues, trends, and observations for the attention of management.

  • Produce ad-hoc and regular cyber metric reporting within specified deadlines. Ensure clear, concise and risk focused presentation.

  • Respond to cyber-related data inquiries as needed.

  • Drive enhancements to the cyber metric reporting eco system to enable business and technology leaders to understand the state of health of the information security program.

  • Stay current with information security program developments, industry frameworks, and changes in the Bank that may impact reporting.


  • Excellent interpersonal relationship skills.

  • Articulate, concise and intelligent communicator (verbal and written).

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, or related discipline.

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience designing, enhancing, implementing or working with data feeds, or producing information security metrics reports.

  • Experience with SQL to extract, classify, and convert data.

  • Working knowledge of information security industry frameworks (i.e. NIST Cybersecurity Framework, FFIEC).

  • Knowledge of different technology operating environments and platforms.

  • Knowledge of the regulatory environment as it applies to information security within financial services industry.

  • Expert level proficiency in relational database structures and visualization tools (such as Tableau or PowerBI).

  • Aptitude for remaining calm and objective under pressure.
