We're seeking a Loan Operations Work Director to perform research of complex issues, make recommendations for procedures or process improvements, and perform complex loan servicing. You will also provide extraordinary customer service to external customers.
Assist manager in establishing service level standards.
Review and release wires up to designated wire limits.
Direct the workflow of staff, ensuring even distribution amongst team members.
Answer questions from team members and ensure that work is completed within departmental timelines.
Provide input to manager for employee performance appraisals and scheduling.
Develop training scripts/exercises and conduct training for less experienced staff members.
The right candidate will have:
7 years of technical experience in loan operations and/ or documentation
Understanding of the commercial loan process and complex commercial loan documentation, including real estate, and flood insurance
Excellent computer skills, including Excel
Communication and customer service skills
High School diploma or G.E.D.
