Job Summary:

Reporting to the Vice President - Division Risk Manager supporting the Americas Risk Management Regulatory Engagement you will provide analytical support for regulatory examinations, risk management processes, reporting, and special projects.

Major Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include monthly review, assessment and reporting of internal and external losses; support for issues management processes, including maintaining and updating issue management systems and supporting monthly issue reporting; supporting risk assessment processes, including assisting with business process mapping, maintaining control inventories and monitoring control testing; quarterly risk and control enterprise reporting processes; and SharePoint site management.

The analyst will also conduct research and data analysis for special and ongoing projects. Role may also require some advanced administrative functions in support of risk management programs.


  • BA or BS degree

  • 2 - 3 years work experience in a professional environment

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to manage data from disparate systems

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and SharePoint required.

  • Familiarity data management tools a plus

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Understanding of Financial Services industry and risk management practices
