We're searching for a Business Systems Consultant to plan and direct the analysis of complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. You will provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems that are cost-effective and meet user requirements. Your project will be the most complex and represent a significant financial investment to the Bank.


  • Develop business requirements for system automation.

  • Act as the senior level project manager for larger projects.

  • Develop and administers the project plan, including defining roles for team members.

  • Serve as the principal coordinator on the project team for ensuring the project's success.

  • Presents research and recommendation and is accountable for project status to management.

  • Ability to identify solutions for unusual and complex problems requiring ingenuity, or innovative thinking.

  • Monitors implementation and user satisfaction.

  • Provide support task services to manager.



The right candidate will have:

  • Good communication and leadership skills

  • Demonstrated success in the implementation of Sales and CRM solutions in the financial services space

  • Understanding of software development process

  • Banking experience in key areas such as: Sales, sales support, relationship management, systems management, systems analysis, system documentation, systems implementation, testing, requirements gathering, RDBMS, analysis and reporting, metric development, incentives, offer management, marketing support, customer 360, etc.
