Job Summary

In this role you will be responsible for liaising between the business and implementation teams to guide products from conception to launch, breaking down complex problems into steps that drive development. You will work with all business groups on a myriad of projects and enhancement requests and draw on your experience with business, technology, data, and analytics as well as demonstrated success in building relationships with client-facing business stakeholders and users.

Major Responsibilities:

DUT/CIT, SIT

  1. Track Infra, Environment, DevOps, Release readiness for the given application

  2. Coordinate with release team and track code deployment into SIT

  3. Support Defect management, Environment issue management, DevOps issue management

  4. Coordinate with QA and Data team for setting up data for SIT Testing

  5. Once SIT is complete and signed off by QA provide any required support to Business in UAT.

  6. Support Defect management, Environment issue management and DevOps issue management

  7. Support in getting QA sign off for SIT

UAT

  1. Support UAT testing

  2. Support in getting business sign off

Deployment

  1. Support technical teams for pre-launch at dedicated locations

  2. Support technical teams for conversions on coexistence

  3. Support technical teams on decommissions of legacy systems

Qualifications

  • 6-8 years' experience in building software products as a product manager or product owner

  • Experience with various levels of project or product management and/or software or process management

  • SDLC, Product Management, Project Management, Software development, Code testing and deployment knowledge, Jira and Confluence usage and understanding. HP ALM experience is desired.

  • Experience operating in an Agile environment

  • Good understanding of technical concepts and consideration in building complex web applications, systems integration, and comfort in working closely with engineers and business leaders

  • Experience managing the product lifecycle from planning to completion

  • Thinks big picture and understands the potential risk and impact of decisions

  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

  • Ability to lead through influence and drive results

  • Exceptional time management skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Stay on top of tasks and responsibilities; works well with minimal supervision; responds in a timely manner
