HR responsibility for designated team:
Mid-Year and Annual Reviews
Training and Development
General Management of Day to Day
Prescreen for Loans within Authority Level and Loans at SCM/SCA level
Loan Structuring Collaboration
Review loans with BDOs and determine if loan is creditworthy and/or SBA eligible
New Loan approval actions include Briefing Racer package review and Final Racer package review
Approval Actions (New Loan Approvals, RAA, and grade changes
Involvement in Prescreening and deal discussion
Involved if within credit authority and if loan needs to be underwritten by SBA team
Involved before there is a commitment/signed terms sheet
Simple analysis of financials / tax return to determine if creditworthy
New Loan Origination Management:
Loan prescreen, preflight, and deal discussions
Underwrite on occasion to assist with load balancing
Underwriting conventional loan requests
Pre-review of loan packages prior to Racer submission
Manage QC responses
Manage CCQC responses
Participate in weekly pipeline calls
Participate in monthly construction pipeline calls
Assist with any updates to policy
SBA Project Initiatives (various projects related to SBA as needed)
Maintaining Job Aids / Desktops
