Job Summary:

This position will be responsible for assisting the Policy Governance and Regulatory Change Management Group within the Global Financial Crimes Division (“GFCD”) with implementing and administering the Bank’s framework for managing regulatory changes impacting financial crimes compliance (“FCC”) activities.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with implementing GFCD’s regulatory change management framework;

  • Reviewing and analyzing reporting on regulatory changes (including impact assessments and change management plans) across the Bank, coordinating consolidated reporting and analysis, and identifying patterns and trends with a global impact;

  • Coordinating with other corporate functions on regulatory identification and change management activities; and

  • Reviewing regional/local regulatory change management plans and coordinating change management activities with a global impact.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required;

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in banking or other financial institution setting;

  • Experience in the management (including identification, tracking, reporting, and analysis) of regulatory change;

  • Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements in the FCC space;

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities;

  • Team player and ability to work collaboratively;

  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships across multiple departments; and

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
