This is a hybrid position. The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office an average of two to three days per week with the remainder worked remotely.

Job Summary:

We're seeking an IT Project Management Profession on the Business Solutions Team. Product Delivery Management & Common Support Team AVP will work with the Product Delivery Management & Common Support team lead to support BST team members and facilitate the achievement of BST initiatives by establishing and communicating task strategy, process/best practices, procedures, tracking and reporting mechanisms. Meet changing business needs due to reorganization, Compliance and regulatory issues, changing technologies, and market/industry factors via support and direct participation in major project initiatives. Support weekly reporting cycle to management.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain status materials and reporting mechanisms that are intuitive, informative, and facilitate a true understanding of task scope, timelines, progress, issues, and risks.

  • Leverage data to identify significant metrics/trends.

  • Directly participate in major project initiatives.

  • Maintain and leverage BST policy/guidance documentation and support to facilitate team productivity.

  • Support team's use of standard tools.

  • Promote best practices, standardization/consistency, simplicity, risk mitigation, transparency, and continuity.

  • Prepare/contribute to various administrative reports.

  • Assist with general administrative duties.

  • Help with orientation/training of new resources.


  • 5 + years in a Business Analysis and/or project management/planning role; operation/operation planning experience a plus.

  • Advanced communications skills (written and oral); ability to effectively convey ideas in various formats.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish meaningful working relationships.

  • Extreme organizational skills necessary to succeed in a dynamic environment.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of SDLC, project management methodologies.

  • Strong Business Analysis skillset.

  • Strong Excel experience (e.g., formulas, macros, charts, data analysis); PowerPoint.

The typical base pay range for this role is between $85K – $105K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
