Job Summary:

The Corporate Workplace Solutions (CWS) Manager has primary responsibility for Corporate Real Estate, Corporate Security & Investigations, Mail Services, Corporate Travel and Corporate Card Administration.

Corporate Real Estate - plans, directs and controls all real estate activity for the organization’s 1M square foot office portfolio in the United States, including site acquisition and disposition, design and construction, facility management and lease administration, with the goal of optimizing space utilization, operating cost efficiency and employee workplace experience. Corporate Security is responsible for ensuring the physical safety of bank personnel and assets, with oversight of guard services, physical security access systems, site assessments, executive protection and investigation services. Mail Services is responsible for timely receipt, tracking and distribution of all USPS and overnight courier mail (FedEx, UPS, DHL) to all bank employees in the U.S, and also manages a professional quality reprographics center. Corporate Travel has oversight of all business travel matters for U.S.-based employees, and is responsible for ensuring optimal choice, quality and pricing for air, lodging and ground transportation optimizing for value and ensuring safety and productivity of traveling associates. Corporate Card team is responsible for the administration of the program for all U.S.-based employees including card issuance/closure, credit line management, business unit support and past due balance management.

This position is both transaction and relationship-oriented, with the goal of protecting the bank's bottom line while implementing the business' strategy of positioning and operating corporate assets. Candidates must be able to design and implement complex strategic programs, prioritize competing initiatives, and effectively influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Requirements:

  • Candidates should have a minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in Corporate Real Estate in a senior or executive level position.

  • Experience leading an outsourced operating model and matrix relationship management with landlords, brokers, developers and key facilities management partners

  • Significant experience in managing incidents such as natural disasters, operational relocation and security incidents. Demonstrates ability to defuse situations and drive solutions across a wide range of stakeholders

  • Strong Financial Modeling for project development and operating budgets

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Finance, Engineering or Architecture. MBA preferred.

The typical base pay range for this role is between $245K - $327K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
