The Software Engineering job serves many business lines as part of the AML Compliance Technology by implementing and improving various AML Compliance Systems like KYC, Transaction Monitoring, and Sanctions Screening.

In this position, you will partner constantly with your various stakeholders every day while applying your technical skills to all phases of the software development lifecycle.

Highly motivated, Creative and versatile IT professional with 7+ years of experience with Java, Spring, SpringBoot, Hibernate, Spring Boot with an emphasis on REST services and Web frameworks preferably Angular

Must Have Skills:

6+ years hands on experience in designing and developing web application using Java/JEE , Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Web Services (SOAP, REST), Microservices with an emphasis on REST services.

• 3+ years of experience with relational or no SQL databases

• 1+ years of experience with RedHat OpenShift background

• Knowledge of Web UI frameworks (e.g., Angular, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, JSON. Node JS and Bootstrap ).

• Excellent problem-solving skills with strong technical, analytical, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent Computer Science Fundamentals; Object Oriented Design; Java Design Patterns.

Skills in Details:

• Java Technologies: Java EE, Java 11 Or later, XML

• API Documentation Language: Swagger

• Core Frameworks: Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud , Microservices, Hibernate

• Web Frameworks: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular, TypeScript, Node JS, Bootstrap ( Nice to Have )

• JS Framework : Angular, React ( Nice to Have )

• Database: DB2, SQL Server, Oracle

• Platform and Tools : Kubernetes, RedHat OpenShift Or AWS

• IDE: Eclipse, Visual Studio Code, IntelliJ

• Server: Tomcat 9x /JBoss

• CI/CD Tools: Git, Bitbucket, Maven, Jenkins

• Operating Systems: Linux, Windows

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or any cloud provider

Soft Skills Required:

  • Great communication skills – both oral and written

  • Adaptable to a very dynamic environment

  • Excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Able to multi-task and work in a fast paced and agile environment

The typical base pay range for this role is between $110k - $135K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
