This is a hybrid position. The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites up to four days per week and work remotely the remaining day(s). A member of our Talent Acquisition team will provide more details.

Job Summary

As Identity & Access Management (I&AM) Sr. Identity Access Management, Access Control and Governance , you will be responsible for design, analysis, evaluation, testing, debugging and implementation of access controls enhancements, reduce risk of access controls failures, business and operational efficiencies.

Major Responsibilities

  • Lead technical aspects of IAM solutions implementation

  • Assist IT Management to create long-term strategy for the department and communicate it to team members and peers in other functional areas.

  • Develop complex .Net and Oracle PL/SQL code for in-home built IAM tools, advice others on use of these technologies

  • Develop and document IAM interfacing with other IAM tools and systems

  • Communicate with Internal and External Auditors, respond to RFIs and lead code reviews

  • Develop functional design document and cover business requirement.

  • Develop and maintain data mappings between source and destination data stores.

  • Participates in unit testing and team data quality efforts.

  • Deliver all aspects of System Integration Testing between Upstream and Downstream.

  • Develop and maintain interface control documents.

  • Facilitate requirements data mapping and business rules definition sessions including use of interview, document analysis, workshops, etc.

  • Maintain system and programming guidelines by adhering to the software development lifecycle.

  • Mentorship and training of IAM Engineers and developers by more senior members of the team on processes and tools.

  • Helps engineer team to write and document design specs and solutions according to defined processes, policies and standard with information security requirements

  • Support in troubleshooting and resolving complex problems

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree required, preferably in Computer Engineering.

  • Hands on experience implementing and understanding of IAM Certification, Access Controls, Accounts Inventories with ownership and LCM, Regional regulatory & approval requirements. Strong experience communicating with auditors and presenting IAM Controls solutions, including External auditors.

  • The candidate will be expected to have Hands on experience implementing technology solutions to automate and make I&AM sustainable access controls issues monitoring, recording, resolution and evidence collection repositories and UIs.

  • Expert level 10+ years of hands-on experience implementing and understanding of IAM Certification, Access Controls, Accounts Inventories with Ownership and LCM, Regional Regulatory & Approval requirements

  • Experience developing reusable prototypes and POC solutions

  • Experience communicating with auditors and presenting IAM Controls solutions, including External Auditors

  • Strong IAM & Access Controls Requirements definition and implementation experience

  • Expert understanding of IAM Certification, Access & Accounts Inventories, Ownership and LCM, Regional Regulatory & Approval requirements

  • Experience IAM vendor based solutions like (Aveksa, Savyant or Sailpoint) implementations

  • Strong knowledge and 10+ years of hands-on engineering and development experience:

  • Application Development Experience with .Net technologies with use of Web Services APIs, JavaScript, XML, JSON, AJAX and others is highly desired

  • Solid experience with Angular framework

  • Oracle data model and tables design, complex queries development and tuning

  • Oracle PL/SQL and SQL queries development, tuning and optimization experiences, OLTP transaction processing and experience with manipulating large date sets

  • Develop triggers to log audit logs and data change history

  • Strong experience and ability to work in the team environment as well as deliver tasks with little supervision, analyze issues and proposed solutions are must

  • Understanding of security risk and implementation of mitigating controls

  • Strong experience and ability to work in the team environment as well as deliver tasks with little supervision, analyze issues and proposed solutions are must

  • Strong knowledge and hands on experience with RSA Aveksa development and configuration of custom workflows, forms, connectors and templates, WebServices calls, setting up and develop collectors, dashboards and report is highly desired

  • Solid understanding of IAM Certification, Access Controls, Accounts Inventories with Ownership and LCM, Regional Regulatory & Approval requirements (Access Controls implementation experience is preferred)

  • Experience with Excel pivot tables and graphic chart for data analysis and reporting OS UNIX, Windows and SQL database experience and knowledge are a plus.

  • Ability to effectively work with team members across multiple locations and time zones

  • Work with internal and client-side resources to deploy and support Aveksa systems in high-availability environments

  • Ability to lead complex efforts with minimal supervision.

  • Flexibility to work in varying business functions and capabilities.

  • Ability to adapt to new and changing environment and handle multiple priorities, in including ability to learn quickly and achieve automation goals.

  • Good understanding of system logical access and audit controls are desirable.

  • Professional certifications such as Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP), Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC) are a plus.

The typical base pay range for this role is between $130K - $160K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
