This is a remote position. A member of our recruitment team will discuss location preferences with you in more detail.

This position within the Business Solutions Team will be working in the Loans Track and will be providing Project and Production Support activities related to our bank's Core Banking Loan systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Business Service Desk Support for MUFG Core Banking Loan Applications

  • Create Business Requirements documentation, including performing Requirements Elicitation, Gathering, Clarification and Analysis.

  • Create and review Use Case Analysis and Documentation

  • Deliver current and future operational flow documents.

  • Promote operation efficiency improvement including promotion of straight through processing. Customer service should not be deteriorated.

  • Project planning, resource estimation, creation of work break-down structure and scheduling of business-related tasks

  • Manage Test Phase Tasks such as creating and tracking Test Plans, Cases and Scripts.

  • Report status to management on project progress

  • Identify and escalate related issues and risks

  • Study the functions of new system. Analyze fit and gap. Determine appropriate candidates for additional development by analyzing both cost and level of needs.

  • Confirm the design of the system. Review and update functional requirements document for development item.

  • Migration Planning and Coordination.

  • Provide User Training and create application documentation such as User Guides, Operation Guides and Training Manuals.

Experience

  • 5+ years in Business Analysis/Project Management role.

  • 5+ years in Loan operations/Operations planning.

  • Ability to understand system functions and logics behind. Ability to mediate between IT and non-IT end users.

  • Ability to deliver most appropriate solutions including both system function and non-system supported manual procedures through thorough analysis of risk, cost and efficiency of banking operations.

  • Ability to lead related parties with different interests to reasonable consensus.

Education

  • BS/BA college degree required.

The typical base pay range for this role is between $110k-$140k depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location.
