Summary

  • ServiceNow platform architecture, implementation, administration, configuration, development, integration, support and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, implement, and support integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using APIs, web services, Integration Hub and middleware technologies.

  • Serve as the technical subject-matter-expert for ServiceNow platform integrations.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define integration solutions to meet business needs.

  • Provide technical stewardship and play a key role in the transformation of IT Service Delivery while supporting current state.

  • Analyze existing processes and integrations, identifying areas for improvement, consolidation, and enhancements.

  • Engage in day-to-day operational support and continuous capability improvement.

  • Engage in on-call support as needed.

  • Maintain adequate process, operational documentation, and reporting.

Skills and Competencies

  • 5-10 years of experience with ServiceNow platform architecture, implementation, administration, configuration, development, integration, support and continuous improvement.

  • 5-10 years’ experience with ServiceNow integration solutions including: ServiceNow API's, SSO, SAML, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST and SOAP

  • 5-10 years of functional and technical experience with ServiceNow Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, Configuration Compliance and Performance Analytics capabilities.

  • 4+ years of technical experience with Discovery/CMDB.

  • 4+ years of technical experience with ITSM, GRC and IT Asset Management is preferred.

  • 4+ years of technical experience with Flow Designer.

  • Technical experience with Service Portal (widgets, server scripting, client scripting, CSS, HTML, Portal Configuration).

  • Technical experience with the implementation of performance analytics.

  • Technical experience with the implementation of third-party integrations (Qualys, Tanium, Veracode) to ingest vulnerabilities and policy compliance scan data is required.

  • In-depth understanding of Vulnerability Management process.

  • Experience implementing REST API integration with third party tools.

  • Experience with the implementation of workspace, analytics, dashboard and reporting.

  • Experience with ServiceNow APIs, ServiceNow Workflows, UI Pages, UI Macros, Business Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, Security Rules.

  • Prior experience working on an agile development team.

  • Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, Angular.js, PowerShell.

  • Experience with backend SQL Server development is preferred.

  • Excellent collaboration, verbal, and written communication skills.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely-related discipline, or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience

The typical base pay range for this role is between $145K - $182K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonuses and/or incentive compensation.
