Job Summary:
The primary focus of this position is on the day-to-day high-volume resolution of complex problems and the execution of changes and improvements. Incumbents are fully experienced professionals and have an in-depth understanding of governing rules and regulations and the implication of processes on other groups within the division. Works on basic projects with assistance and oversight of senior staff and managers.
Major Responsibilities:
Oversight of Secondary Syndicated Loan Process which includes Data/KPI analysis, dealing with external parties, and acting as an escalation contact.
Responsible for the interpretation and consistent execution of the operation policies and associated procedures, and contribute to their formulation.
Handles the majority of operational issues and some improvement opportunities, without needing to refer to others and develop creative and innovative solutions where appropriate.
Mitigating risk by ensuring compliance with bank policy and regulations.
Maintaining a risk and control assessment program and ensuring the established procedures are in place.
Administering constant review and re-engineering of operational processes and procedures.
Responsible for supporting projects and recommending innovative solutions for process improvements.
Salary:
The typical base range for this role is between $65K– $77K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
