The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day. A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.

Providing hands-on technology project management and documentation to support technology projects. Managing SDLC projects following waterfall methodologies. Utilizing PM tools and processes including scope management (BRD traceability, test management, procurement management, and risk and issue management including risk register and issue logs); and Microsoft project. Managing project finance and budget and resource management. Creating Status Reporting, risk and issue management and tracking, building project budgets and managing Change Controls Requests (CCRs). Performing budget forecast, actuals, and variance management for project spend; and resource forecast, actuals, and variance management for project effort. Driving planning at the various organizational levels to ensure projects are on track/resourced. Establishing project governance and communication with stakeholders. Ensuring timetable and deliverable schedules are understood and communicated. Managing dependencies proactively, and coordinating across teams to resolve issues and mitigate risks. Contributing to executive level updates on strategy, budget, project delivery, controls, risks, etc. Organizing required reporting for business and technology management review sessions. Tracking financials related to technology expenditures including software, hardware, and resource allocation.

Qualifications – External

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems Security, or a related field (or foreign equivalent degree)

Experience: 4 years of technology Project Management (PM) experience managing SDLC projects following waterfall methodologies; with PM tools and processes including scope management (BRD traceability, test management, procurement management, and risk and issue management including risk register and issue logs); using Microsoft project; managing project finance and budget and resource management; creating Status Reporting, risk and issue management and tracking, building project budgets, managing Change Controls Requests (CCRs); budget forecast, actuals, and variance management for project spend; resource forecast, actuals, and variance management for project effort; independently managing 1 project from start to finish with a budget of at least $500K and 6 month duration; and 1 year of experience must include managing IT projects in the banking or financial services industry.

Other: Position requires employment in-office 4 days per week and remotely 1 day per week.

Wage: $129,688 to $150,000 U.S. dollars per year
