Main Responsibilities:
Ensure timely and accurate operational works delivered by the team;
Ensure daily agency and administrative works to be processed accurately and properly in accordance with the transaction documents and internal procedures;
Work in partnership with colleagues across the region in administering and monitoring the transactions;
Deliver a high quality of service to internal and external customers to enhance bank’s reputation and meet customers’ expectations;
Liaise with customers at a counterpart level to relay specific information and to respond routine queries relating to operation matters
Maintain strong relationship with other stakeholders such as paying agent, account bank, facility agent etc.;
Effectively liaise, work and correspond with front office, loan admin dept, money transfer dept and other relevant departments in order to fulfil role as Agent;
Act as a mentor to provide guidance to subordinates.
Requirement:
Bachelor degree holder;
At least 3 years’ experience in agent bank services or similar operations for regional business including syndicated loans, project finance, aircraft finance etc. Experienced in the use of LoanIQ.
Experience in agent bank services and the payment mechanics;
Experienced in the use with strong skill of LoanIQ;
Strong stakeholder management skills to collaborate with customers, other departments, branches and subsidiaries;
Strong organisation skills and attention to details;
Strong quantitative and numerical skills;
Strong interpersonal skill to deal effectively with others;
Able to review and provide constructive comments on the operations;
Excellent command of both spoken and written English & Chinese.
