Key responsibilities
Handling of Export Bills Payment drawn under LC and/or Non-LC, LC Bills Negotiation, Bills Purchase, etc and other miscellaneous works of day-to- day bank trade operations
Assist superior to maintain a smooth running of the daily routine.
Ensure daily activity of team is fully complied with the AML controls, bank’s policies and regulatory requirements.
Complete and follow different types of transaction checklist to ensure customers credit status and prevent bank loss.
Assist senior to evaluate and analyze current operations procedure and reduce unnecessary time and financial cost.
Provide support to Marketing Department to maintain customer relationships and satisfy customers’ expectations efficiently.
Cooperative with the colleague in the team and maintain good team spirit and be willing to learn through on-job training.
Cross Team support in case of need.
Job requirements
Sound knowledge in area of trade finance products and its related rules eg. UCP, ISBP, Incoterms, Swift standard
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English and Chinese in terms of both writing and verbal communication skills
At least 5 years of relevant working experience
Ability to work independently and self-motivated
Attention to details and adherence to strict rules, standards and deadline
Proficiency in MS Office, in particular Excel
