Responsibilities:
Responsible for monitoring due dates for credit applications, borrower ratings, financials indicators and escalate to the appropriate persons in order to mitigate credit risk to the bank.
Prepare regular reports including but not limited to borrow ratings, conditions and instructions to ensure its accuracy and timely submission to Head Office/Regional Office, Credit Examiners, Credit Advisors as well as Bank Negara Malaysia.
Complete administration activities, including but not limited to filing/storage of documentation, coordinating training, data entry, managing the logistics for meeting, training and visitors, liaising with other departments.
Assist Credit Appraisers in processing Borrower Ratings, Credit Application renewals and Covenant Checking.
Responsible for ensuring that the customer database is updated in a timely manner and for the integrity of the data.
Support the delivery of timely process improvement initiatives for the department.
Requirements:
Applicant must have a recognized Degree in Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or its equivalent from a recognized university/higher learning institution.
Possesses good administrative skills and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in credit analysis work is preferred. However, fresh graduates will also be considered.
A team player who is meticulous and detail oriented.
Good written and oral communication skills.
Strong PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
