Responsible to assist the Vice President in assuming various agency functions for overall coordination of the Private Debt Securities issuance and Syndicated Credit Facilities.
The incumbent will also be required to assist to ensure compliance of conditions precedent for each issuance, accuracy data entry into FAST system and completeness of security documentation as well as safekeeping of the documents.
Responsible to administrate coupon payment and redemption.
The incumbent will liaise with customers to monitor and ensure compliance of covenants required under the terms of the facility documents.
Applicant must have a recognized Degree in Risk Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or its equivalent from a recognized university/higher learning institution.
Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
Possess good working aptitude and strong interest in financial markets and banking industry.
Strong analytical, decision-making, and negotiation skills, with an aptitude for quantitative analysis.
Professionalism and high ethical standards, with a dedicated approach to risk management.
Outstanding communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with all levels of management.
