This role will be responsible for ensuring the onboarding of all Contingent Workers is completed in an efficient and transparent manner, and completing process improvement/enhancements.

This role will partner with the Procurement Team to complete a full review of all existing data and contractual arrangements held where workers are associated to those contracts.

This role is also responsible for BAU delivery of onboarding new joiners into the Workday system.


  • Act as the single point of contact for Procurement onboarded Contingent Workers providing the Hiring Manager with clear guidance regarding the onboarding journey and Continent Worker lifecycle during their contract.

  • Govern the onboarding and offboarding of Contingent Workers and create a control on the process to prevent workers being engaged without systems access on start date.

  • Partnering with Procurement and Magnit to document process maps and business guidance for onboarding Continent workers ensuring clear communication to all Hiring Managers and using Kizuna as a communication tool. Work with key stakeholders to improve the Procurement onboarding process.

  • Leading a full end to end review of Procurement data for Contingent Workers including resources and contracts whilst establishing a database as a golden source. Full contract review of all Procurement data, identifying resources that are assigned to contracts and those that have been offboarded

  • When engaging resources, applying governance with Hiring Manager to ensure downstream processes are completed as per agreed process to allow workers to be productive upon day 1.

  • Engaging with the Technology department ensuring resources are able to be productive from start date

  • Partner with stakeholders to build a JML dashboard using the statistics available to create key metrics for overall process.

  • Ensuring all records in Workday for Contingent Workers are accurate and maintained in a timely manner.

  • Present progress and findings into JML Steering Committee relating to all items identified above.
