In this role you will be responsible for underwriting, structuring, and financial analysis as a critical part of the asset generation process for the delivery of credit products and services to customers and prospects. Major Responsibilities: Responsible for all credit analysis, support and for underwriting and structuring transactions jointly with a Relationship Manager. Perform financial analysis and risk assessment; prepare loan presentations. Call on customers and prospects jointly with a Relationship Manager. Participate in structuring credit facilities and in credit approval process. Initiate loan documentation; prepare loan agreements. May develop new credit products. May coach and train lower level officers.
Experienced in all aspects of credit underwriting and documentation, including cash flow, projection analysis, and loan agreement preparation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for maintaining a high quality, professional working environment with relationship managers serviced. Strong computer skills in a Windows environment. Prior lending experience as a Business Relationship Officer, Credit Executive, Portfolio Manager, or Commercial Lending Officer is preferred.
