Program Management role supporting MUFG’s End-to-End Product and Services Risk Management Framework in the Americas – a great opportunity to work with senior leadership in transforming the Bank . The initiative is extensive and spans all three lines of defense; however, FLoD has primary ownership and accountability to ensure that end-to-end product and services risk management is performed in a Safe and Sound manner and to ensure control assessments and testing are performed to verify that existing products and services are delivered to customers as intended. This effort is complex, enterprise-wide and will be executed in phases over a 2-3 year period.
Program Manager role in the Program Management Office (PMO), responsible for establishing, implementing, and providing oversight of Program Management methodology and protocols
Define overall Objectives, Scope, and execution structure (e.g.; Workstreams) for initiative
Operationalize Program Governance Framework (Communication Plan, Status Reporting, Financial Management, Change Control Management) across First, Second, and Third Lines of Defense
Prepare consolidated program-level status and timeline and support cross-functional coordination and communications between LOBs and Lines of Defense
Actively manage program-level RAID Log and resolution of Issues / Risks, including escalation when required
Support formal Change Control Request process for modifications to Schedule, Scope, and Budget
Maintain Commitment Traceability Matrix and central repository for program artifacts and deliverables
Requires 7-10 years of Program Management and / or Project Management experience
Must possess leadership skills and the ability to quickly establish rapport, credibility, trust, and respect throughout the organization at all levels to drive consensus with program stakeholders
Experience managing programs and / or projects from start to finish and ability to lead large meetings, facilitate resolution of differing views
Working knowledge of Bank Products, Risk and Controls, and Operations preferred
Strong communication and writing skills, combined with advanced MS Project and PowerPoint experience
