Job Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.

  • At least 1-4 years of work experience in the chief of staff function is preferred.

  • Required languages: English and Japanese.

  • Required skills: above average written and oral communication skills, excellent people relationship skills, highly organized, proficient in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel.

Job Description:

  • Act as Executive Assistant to the Country Head and as an administrative support to the Japanese expats.

  • Collaborate with relevant branch members in taking/accelerating necessary actions for achieving branch strategic KPIs/goals.

  • Take on branch-wide project management driven from branch/regional/global initiative.

  • Perform other duties that Head of Strategic Planning Department may assign from time to time.
