Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Banking, Finance, other similar courses.

  • With at least one year of banking experience will be an advantage.

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

  • Customer service oriented.

Job Description

  • Responsible for planning, leading and implementing MUFG Transaction Banking mandates from clients.

  • Conduct service level reviews and formulates customer service strategy, process and procedures.

  • Support and manage the Implementation Team and collaborate with regional client relationship management, implementation and product teams.

  • Provide electronic banking and client integration training and support to clients in the course of the implementation cycle of the deal.

  • Drive and manage effective Transaction Banking system administration and maintenance in accordance with regulatory and internal compliance, risk management policies and standards and approved operational procedures.
