Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s / College Degree.

• With at least 3 years experience in banking operations, specifically remittance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensures compliance to established controls, standards and procedures of transactions processed by GSOC MTD

• Recommends changes or revision on operational systems, processes, and policies in consultation with the supervising officer and/or Department Head.

• Processing based on defined service level for day-to-day transactions so that the customer expectations are met

• Works in coordination with Immediate supervisor, other officers and staff in the department to identify and align efficient business operations with customer satisfactions

• Assists Units in their daily transactions especially in dealing with customers’ queries and request.

• Ensures that all transactions and assigned tasks are properly processed, executed and documented in accordance to the Bank’s standard operating procedures (i.e Center Procedure) as well as the requirements of regulatory agencies. • Ensures proper recording of transactions, reference numbers, and/or other internal entries/inputs into the Bank’s information systems • Ensure compliance to Head Office and relevant regulations.

• Takes control over the safekeeping and upkeep of all documents entrusted to the department

• Assists immediate supervisor in day to day transactions.

• Performs other tasks that supervising officer may assign from time to time.

• Perform ad-hoc assignment and back-up to promote cross-sectorial GSOC operations
