Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of any business-related course.
With at least 4 years relevant banking experience preferably handling cross border remittances and payments.
With knowledge of remittance and payment process flow including different payment channels and regulatory requirements.
Must be active in collaborating with relevant units to achieve operational efficiency.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for pre-processing, processing and verifying cross border remittance transactions.
Review applications and relevant supporting documentation based on local regulations.
Observe strict compliance to established bank policies and regulatory requirements.
Actively participate in department, branch projects related to operational efficiency.
Prepares necessary reports as applicable.
Confirm transaction details with other units and with customers.
Preforms effective end-of-day activities.
