Job Description

  • Implements departmental plans and priorities set by the Department Head.

  • Recommends changes or revisions in operational systems, processes, and policies in consultation with Immediate Supervisor and/or Department Head.

  • Works in coordination with other staffs in the department to identify and align efficient business operations with customer satisfaction.

  • Assists other areas in their daily transactions in case of high volume including dealing with other MUFG Unit’s request or queries, as necessary.

  • Acts as a reliever to other maker/processor during their absence.

  • Ensures that all transactions and assigned tasks are properly processed, executed and documented in accordance with the Bank’s standard operating procedures (Center Procedure) as well as the requirements of regulatory agencies.

  • Ensures proper recording of transactions, reference/closing/revaluation/ discount rates and/or any other internal entries/inputs into the Bank’s data systems.

  • Ensures that all domestic remittance transactions are properly documented and processed according to the Bank’s standard operating procedures as well as the requirements of regulatory agencies.

  • Prepares reports required by other departments, other MUFG Units/ branches, Head Office and external regulatory agencies (if any, and applicable).

  • Takes control over the safekeeping and up keep of all documents entrusted to the department.

  • Performs other tasks that Immediate Supervisor may assign from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

  • Required language(s): English

  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

  • Required Skill(s): Interpersonal, Communication, Problem Solving, Logical Thinking, Time Management, Computer/Spreadsheet skills

  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
