Job Summary:

  • Designing, coding, testing, scheduling and implementing projects using Wherescape Red (ELT Tool), Wherescape Streaming, Informatica (ETL Tool), Informatica Powerexchange, Informatica Data Quality, Open Shift, Bit Bucket, Jenkins, Python and Shell Scripting.

  • Resolving data quality issues in data warehousing and data migration.

  • Performing system design and analysis, developing codes and testing to ensure successful deployment.

  • Solving complex application and data-related problems and utilizing experience in resolving issues relating to data security and integrity of controls.

  • Utilizing agile methodology when working on the assigned system development, maintenance and troubleshooting tasks. Facilitating the development of supporting knowledge architecture and standards.

  • Preparing and presenting technical concepts to internal audiences.

  • Planning and organizing the development of technical support standards, evaluating software and systems problems and potential solutions to application systems requirement.

  • Working with business analysts for gathering future state requirements through discussions with Line of Business units and analyzing and translating business requirements into concrete system functional requirements and design documentations using Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel software.

  • Collaborating with system engineers and software developers across the organization to select appropriate design solutions or ensure the compatibility of system components using enterprise collaboration tools such as Microsoft Office, diagramming tools such as Visio and team collaboration platforms such as JIRA, confluence.

  • Liaising with operations staff to define an operational framework that develops and implements delivery systems management, policies and security frameworks to ensure delivery on knowledge and information to appropriate groups.

  • Providing conceptual guidance to other senior and high-level technical experts. Leading projects and providing technical work guidance and mentoring to junior staff members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely related discipline, or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience
