Responsibilities include a variety of tasks/roles. These include but are not limited to:
Interfacing with the business and operations to determine the best solution for contract remediation and movement. This person would manage an important pipeline with key leaders and discuss the optimal solution for each contract. Tracking the navigation of contracts throughout a variety of tools. The team member will need to be able to quickly forecast their pipeline when needed. This will require the candidate to work with the data team to compile and generate data and reports that can be used to optimize the contract remediation pipeline. Complete the movement of contracts from various document repositories through the tools, through Loan Administration and back into Operations for the assigned population of contracts the liaison is responsible for delivering. Working with the operational teams to bring the contracts back in to the operational workflow seamlessly.
Liaising between Operations (client facing team members and clients) and Loan Administration to move contracts through the remediation process. A satisfying and seamless contract experience will be the output of this role. The process needs to be timely and a portion of the role will be around the effective and efficient tracking of the contract movement throughout a variety of pipeline steps. A successful candidate will need to be able to build relationship across multiple lines of business and operational functions. They must be able to understand, span and navigate complex processes within a variety of organizations.
The most important qualification for a successful candidate will be around demonstrated examples from previous jobs where the candidate can explain the commercial loan lifecycle and its intricacies, how they interfaced with critical client facing internal stakeholders, commercial lending businesses on past assignments. Strong written and verbal communication skills are critical. Knowledge of Commercial lending, IBOR Index, and AFS Level III is a must have. An understanding of contract language is also a plus.
