  • Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to Receiving Copy Center request and processing same day.

  • Ability to multi-task and handle two Konica C0685 press machines for high volume must know the machine and be able to trouble shoot the equipment as needed.

  • Be well written and spoken as this role needs to be on the phone and emailing daily.

  • Must be able to handle a cutter for cutting paper down to required size. Cutter on hand Triumph 5260. Knowledge of Ariba ordering and charging departments back for usage.

  • Maintain records of all requests for Auditing purposes.

  • Be reliable on time and available to work late shifts when needed.

  • Knowledge of different types of papers and supplies to service the client quickly.

  • Knowledge of Black and white copies, able to record all transactions into an excel file.

  • Maintain a strong professional relationship with all Copy Center users both working on site or WFH.
