This role is for a Broadridge Technical/Functional Subject Matter expert. This person will be involved in day to day support activities for the various departments (Operations, Finance, Technology). They will also be responsible for coordinating end user testing of the Broadridge suite and be involved in the onboarding of any new products.
Currently, MUS technology supports 4 entities on Broadridge (MUS, MUSE, MUSBK-Canada, MUSCAN) with 1 Broadridge subject matter expert. As we are looking to expand the Affiliated Clearing model to other entities with, support activities will increase and need to reduce the operational risk we are currently facing running such a lean team.
Provide subject matter expertise on the business processes supported by Broadridge Systems (IMPACT, BPS, GLOSS,)
Prescribe solutions based on best practices and recommend process changes as needed
Provide support with end user testing
Research and resolve application (IMPACT, BPS, GLOSS, FINPRO) issues and problems expeditiously and accurately
Coordinate industry enhancements
Provide day to day support to various support functions
Knowledge of Financial Accounting a plus
