MUFG Data Integration Analyst, Assistant Vice President - Hybrid in New York, New York

This is a hybrid position. The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites up to four days per week and work remotely the remaining day(s). A member of our Talent Acquisition team will provide more details.

Job Summary:

Reporting to the Director of Data Integration, the Data Integration Analyst will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing data from various sources, ensuring its quality and consistency, and making it available for analysis and reporting. The ideal candidate should have experience of data integration and management, knowledge of ETL tools and techniques, with a willingness to learn more advanced skills. Additionally, we are seeking a candidate with a proven track record of maintaining and refreshing monthly dashboards and reports, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Develop, and maintain documentation for data integration processes and workflows.

  • Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources.

  • Ensure data quality and consistency through validation and cleansing.

  • Ensure timely and accurate monthly refresh of Tableau dashboards.

  • Identify and troubleshoot data integration issues and propose solutions.

  • Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources.

  • Collaborate with team members to understand data needs and requirements.

  • Produce ad-hoc reports as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data integration and management

  • Knowledge of ETL tools and techniques, with a willingness to learn more advanced skills.

  • Experience with Excel and Tableau for data analysis and reporting

  • Experience with Excel Power Query is highly desirable

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Good communication and collaboration skills

  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

The typical base pay range for this role is between $85- $110K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
