Director, Supply Chain Finance Client Delivery & Integration Leader
The successful candidate will interface with key contacts to ensure the MUFG Supply Chain Finance (SCF) Product offering is delivered smoothly to clients. The individual will be responsible for executing on new client integrations and managing a team responsible for supporting core operating activities to ensure continuity of service to our clients.
The position requires an understanding of working capital and supply chain processes and strong expertise in project management.
Proactively lead the NAM team ensuring continuity of service to clients responsible for supporting core operating activities including:
Develop long term organization structure/vision in conjunction with overall SCF business model.
Overall project leader for strategic SCF initiatives and client interfacing projects and integrations.
Individual will be responsible for developing the overall project plan in coordination with our third-party clients and internal functions.
Primary resource to build, track and execute all relevant test plans, organize and support recurring project reviews, maintain document library, and participate in program design.
In addition, responsible for monitoring integrations post go-live and minimizing downstream disruptions to deliver on customer’s key performance indicators.
Responsible for documenting business, customer and product requirements and work cross-functionally towards successful implementation in a controlled and compliant manner.
Technical Project Services (TPS) liaison with client ERP stakeholders to ensure voice of TPS is represented within organization and projects are pro-actively prioritized and implemented.
Develop and track key U.S. and global client operational metrics (i.e. integration cycle time, customer service, etc.) to monitor performance and key risks while driving productivity improvements.
Partner with European team to develop global view.
Skills & Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of project management/leadership roles; experience in operations, IT, Quality, collections or project management.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
Strong analytical skills to handle quantitative data.
Six Sigma experience.
Prior experience working in a Bank or Financial Services environment with core understanding of Buy-to-Pay Processes, bank policies and risk culture; experience with Supply Chain Finance is a decisive asset.
Good organizational skills with the ability to multitask, good interpersonal business relationship/communication capabilities, and ability to work in a dynamic and diverse team environment.
The ability to work effectively in a matrix environment and drive strategic initiatives across an organization.
Demonstrated ability in leading complex, cross-functional projects to successful closure.
Good facilitation skills.
Effective communication skills; strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Demonstrated track record in delivering results and driving continuous and game changing improvement with both a short term and long-term vision.
Self-starter, energizing, results-oriented, and a demonstrated problem solver.
Proven ability to effectively understand and communicate information to a wide variety of technical and non-technical individuals and groups at all levels of the organization.
Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization.
External focus, entrepreneurial thinker: having the view on the broader picture.
Must be willing to travel 15-20% of the time.
Must be willing to work out of an office in Danbury, CT or New York City.
