This function will promote the FX sales and marketing effort covering corporate MNCs, utilizing FX Derivatives, Spots/Forwards/Options, as well as collaborating on other Cross-Products in the Fixed Income area. Incumbents at this level will work within a team of sales and marketing professionals and product specialists, and will interact with corresponding divisions within South America, Europe and Asia. Candidates will also be required to develop business and marketing strategies, work within the team to promote plans, policies and procedures, and be responsible for various projects to improve efficiency and maximize ROI. Individuals at this level will have a clear understanding of the firm's different businesses and the related economics.
Lead the marketing effort for various clients, promote FX and Derivatives business, and work across industry verticals here at MUFG.
Develop and implement strategic plans in concert with Senior Management and MUFG Union Bank, N.A. constituents to build the business and the MUFG brand.
Facilitate development of credit process, new product additions and marketing strategies.
Mentor and develop junior talent, enhance ongoing chemistry and integration within the global MUFG communities.
Build client relationships, cross-sell and lead initiatives to consistently deliver high value solutions to MUFG clients.
Leverage internal resources and build team interactions with counterparts within Union Bank USA and Mitsubishi UFJ Securities (USA), Inc. (MUS), in addition to cross border collaboration with our colleagues across South America, Europe and Asia.
Bachelor's degree is required.
A minimum of 5 years related work experience with FX and Derivative Sales and Marketing.
Current or prior experience covering U.S. Multinational Corporates or Financial Institutions.
Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Travel up to 25%.
