Major Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the regional financial crimes offices resolve cross border investigations with sanctions concerns;

  • Review transactions and lending deals with sanctions concerns and dispense sanctions regulatory guidance

  • Prepare and submit regulatory filings to external parties, including OFAC

  • Monitor and interpret sanctions regulatory changes

  • Drive and roll out components of sanctions policies and frameworks

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 3 plus years experience in general or compliance auditing.

  • General understanding of US banking regulations.
