MUFG, premier Wholesale, Corporate & Investment Bank, is hiring a high impact Talent Acquisition leader to drive regional recruitment efforts. You will manage an experienced recruitment team of professionals responsible for expertly sourcing, selecting, and hiring high performing early career, experienced, and executive talent. This role is an excellent opportunity for a strategic and operations focused recruitment leader who understands the competitive landscape and excels at partnering with business and HR leaders to deliver recruiting and business results.
Partner with business and HR leaders on the development, implementation, and execution of talent acquisition strategies, policies, and objectives to achieve optimal staffing levels.
Manage team of recruitment professionals executing full lifecycle recruiting. Ensure team is equipped to deliver high quality service to internal clients and external candidates.
Ensure robust talent pipelines across banking and corporate function talent segments.
Monitor and report on recruiting effectiveness leveraging key performance indicators.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and across HR to gain understanding of hiring needs and the required skills and competencies to drive business success.
Partner with DE&I Leaders and be a champion of diversity recruitment; lead efforts to build diverse talent pipelines.
Promote employer brand and employee value proposition in key markets, ensure positive hiring manager and candidate experience, and manage recruitment costs and budgets.
Stay abreast of employment/market trends ensuring that recruiters, peer HR partners and hiring managers are effectively briefed on any relevant changes.
Ensure the team adheres to recruiting and staffing laws, regulations, processes, and procedures.
May interface with regulators on talent acquisitions/staffing matters.
May directly conduct sourcing and selection for critical vacancies or executive talent. May engage and manage external search firms. May manage and/or approve complex offers such as hiring bonuses, relocation eligibility, etc.
10- 15 years of relevant experience
Wholesale, corporate and investment banking recruitment experience is preferred.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience leading a team of recruiters focused on filling revenue generating and corporate function roles.
Demonstrated experience building sourcing capability of investment banking and diversity talent pipelines.
Experience with relationship management and development of relationships with executives, key stakeholders, hiring managers and candidates.
Experience leading in a heavy change environment, capable of pivoting with agility.
Proficient with applicant tracking databases, Workday preferred.
Superior presentation and communication skills
Experience delivering reports and presentations to executive level stakeholders.
The typical base pay range for this role is between $150K- $190K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
