The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day. A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.

The Trade Support Associate will be responsible for supporting all of the firm’s secondary business. This person will be responsible for handling all middle office operational functions including, but not limited to, providing trade support functions for Flow Products Credit/Rates Trading Desk and Institutional Investor Sales Desk.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Suspense Account - Follow up on any trades booked in the suspense account

  • E-mail- Work on any e-mail queries from clients

  • Confirms - Reconcile confirms received from MUSI with Bloomberg Tickets Throughout the Day

  • Monitor Trading Panel

  • Send trade-recap to customer clients and request for allocations.

  • Check for any Trade Tickets with Euro Clear settlements

  • Euro Clear Settlements - Amend trade in Impact if necessary for the correct Depository.

  • Euro Clear settlements. Prepare and send Transfer Request Form for E/C

  • DTC . Verify if borrowing is required, if so, prepare and send Borrow Request Form.

  • Check for any Cxl'd and Corrected tickets to determine if any actions in the backOffice system is needed.

  • Monitor MOCCA - Match and accept trades on CTM•Monitor Impact - Check TUR and SUR for trade entry exceptions.

  • Monitor BPS_BBG recon report.

  • Handle any queries from Settlements or P&S

  • Liaise between Front Office and Settlements & P&S•Work on any Client queries.

  • Syndicate Support

  • Suspense any outstanding trades

  • Monitor Impact - Check TUR and SUR for trade entry exceptions prior to leaving.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors Degree in Finance or similar discipline

  • 0-3 years of experience in IB environment

The typical base pay range for this role is between $70K– $87K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location.
