FED Regulatory Reporting VP will be responsible for:

  • Responsible for monthly, quarterly, annual Federal Reserve Regulatory reports

  • Reconciliations of subledger trade activities to GL, validation of counterparty and security static data, and provide variance commentaries

  • Prepare/review Federal Reserve reports FR Y-9C, FR Y-15, and FFIEC 009, Department of the Treasury TIC reports TIC-SLT, BC, BL, S, and Department of Commerce reports BE-605, BE-180, and BE-125

  • Knowledge of RWA calculations under Basel 1,2 &3 and CCAR and Stress testing

  • Coordination with stakeholders across the organization to confirm financial data and static data

  • Business Lead on automation project to improve efficiency on regulatory reporting

  • Maintenance/update procedure documentation related to new regulatory requirements

  • Manage junior staffs and backfill for manager’s role

  • Backup for US Broker Dealer daily net capital computation for FINRA/SEC regulatory reports


  • 10-15 years of experience in Regulatory or Accounting in the financial industry

  • Knowledge of trading products like Corporate Bonds, Equity, FX, Future and Options, financing activities like Repo and securities lending

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economic

  • Experience with financial general ledger systems (Oracle, PeopleSoft)

  • Experience with financial database query tools (Business Objects, Hyperion)

  • Microsoft Excel proficient (Pivot Tables, V-Look Ups, Sumif, Macros)

  • Highly proactive, resourceful and collaborative

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve complex financial issues

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
