The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day. A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.

Support GCIB PMO Lead by providing coordination and analysis with regards to EPMO Project oversight, governance and reporting activities. Support GCIB PMO Lead to provide effective coordination and evaluation of annual systems and non-systems projects relative to budget appropriations and funding impacting GCIB book of business. Support GCIB PMO Lead by taking charge and providing project management and project management oversight for new and in-flight GCIB projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the development of long-term organizational strategy

• Conduct research and analyses of operational effectiveness, processes, stakeholders, etc., as directed

• Communicate departmental goals, processes, and resource allocation in accordance with the organizational strategy

• Assess market trends and competitors as directed

• Present findings, projections, and recommended actions

• Plan, implement, and manage proposed recommendations and projects

• Monitor and report on projects and initiatives

• Support senior executive decision-making processes

EDUCATION

• A successful completion of a Degree in Finance/Management or equivalent work experience equally preferable.

• Undergraduate degree in business, finance, or a related field

CERTIFICATIONS. WORK EXPERIENCE

• Related experience as a strategic planner or business analyst.

• Experience in a large financial institution or heavily regulated environment preferred

The typical base pay range for this role is between $97K– $114K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location.
