This is an extremely dynamic role in our Backoffice technology team.

We are looking for a product manager to help facilitate the onboarding of new financial products through our trading, Settlement, finance, risk and reg reporting systems. The responsibilities of a product manager include conducting product research, collaborating with business( front office, middle and Backoffice), technical teams and Risk specialist. To be successful as a product manager, you should have capital markets knowledge, solid knowledge of trade flow, and strong written and verbal communication skills. Ultimately, a good product manager should be highly innovative, possess the ability to problem-solve and work well within a team.

  • Highly focused with an extreme attention to process flow.

  • The ability to Analyze gaps in a process/plan and provide solutions and build requirements

  • Strategic thinker

  • Capable of working independently and staying organized while assuming multiple responsibilities and tasks.

  • Responsible for proof of concept, Resource requirements, Internal process validation testing, Specification data disbursement, Test pilot operational run.

Qualifications

  • The ability to engage others when brainstorming for solutions.

  • Assertiveness.

  • Develop the go live roadmap with key milestones and testing strategy

  • Testing coordination experience with middle office and back office systems with stakeholder engagement

  • Responsible for overseeing all activities within a team.

  • Responsible for deciding how to approach tasks and develop a plan to accomplish them.

  • Responsible for distributing information to team members and stakeholders.

  • Responsible for keeping track of and structuring various tasks, employees and documents.

  • Responsible for determining the goals that members will work toward.
