Reporting to Treasury Planning Head, the Treasury Planning Analyst will support building and executing strategies in Corporate Treasury. The Treasury Planning Analyst will work closely with functional leaders in Treasury, FP&A, Project Management and other subject matter experts outside of Treasury to ensure the progress of key strategic initiatives.
Coordinate with Treasury functional leaders to establish annual strategic initiatives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Track the progress of annual KPIs and prepare periodical reports to senior managements including Treasurers.
Join and support the implementation process of strategic initiatives as a project member.
Prepare presentation materials for various management committees and meetings.
Analyze internal operational process and competitors landscape, identify issues and seek continuous improvement opportunities in Treasury
Lead administrative support in Treasury, including HR (e.g. multi-hatting registration support), meeting coordination for senior managements etc.
Handle special projects/other tasks as assigned by Treasury Planning Head.

You possess strong oral and written communication skills both to colleagues and to senior managements

You are proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and Word
SQL skill is a plus
Business level Japanese communication skill is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or similar field required
Relevant experience in corporate planning or treasury functions in financial industry is a plus
