Position Summary:
Reporting to the Head of TBA Product Revenue Management - This position will be responsible for driving the budget and forecast process for Transaction Banking Product organization. Core duties include the analysis and development and coordination of the annual budget and forecast process. Responsible for monthly business performance reporting and wider team ad-hoc analysis. Prepare forecasting and explanations of variance to budget to management. Recommend changes to the budget based on management strategies, business activities and for future needs. Build and prepare monthly financial reports for Executives and managers. Renders financial advice for planning and decision making.
Key responsibilities include:
Responsible for comprehensive and complex financial analyses.
Prepare complex analytical and financial reports. Support finance and accounting-based research and analysis projects across the Product P/L and GL structure.
Provide written analysis and interpretation of results. Recommend financial decisions. Make presentations and recommendations to management.
Develop and Manage Product Portfolio Analysis – Establish framework for product management financial reporting, includes management Product MBR/ QBR process, monthly reporting, and deep dive revenue and cost analysis.
Support the analysis of the client pricing process. Work with Product Managers to determine standard pricing, and review / approve exception pricing, and manage annual pricing and agreement reviews.
The incumbent should be highly motivated and organized, with exceptional communication skills who not only demonstrates strong written and oral communication skills but is an excellent listener. The individual must be able to manage multi-faceted engagements and is a problem solver who can quickly identify and address complex issues, aligning teams across multiple organizations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with strong quantitative and data analysis skills
5-7 years of experience with a strong background in business analysis or equivalent experiences
Cash Management / Transaction Banking product knowledge in payables and receivables products, includes understanding product value proposition, market and regulatory trends, and operational and technology requirements, that could influence its go forward strategy.
Strong command of oral and written English communications skills
Strong proficiency in business analyst methodology and templates with deep analytical skills.
The typical base pay range for this role is between $109K - $168K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
